This Sunday 8/25 is the next Philly Naked Bike Ride. Little Baby’s Ice Cream will have a tricycle at the Pre-Ride event on Sunday 8/25.
Location for the start of the ride is next to Penn Treaty Park 1341 North Delaware Avenue.

A: NO. PNBR is a BARE AS YOU DARE event.

A: Well, we can only speak from experience. In 2009, 2010 and 2011 no legal incidents were reported at PNBR. You can read Pennsylvania code and Philadelphia code and decide how bare you will dare. Do you think participating should be illegal?
